excellent technical assistance

Stephen Fifield, Head of Mechanical Services at Darke & Taylor Ltd, commented: “Adcock Refrigeration & Air Conditioning were one of three AC Companies we considered for this project, which initially was just the renewal of the annual AC PPM contract. From the office, Service Manager, Lee was extremely pro-active and helpful, providing excellent technical assistance to both ourselves and the Client."

"The works quickly evolved into large-scale remedial works to the existing AC system, involving over 100 individual separate works orders. Quotes have been produced in a timely fashion and Lee has been supported excellently by his service engineer Callum and his on-site team. The net result of the considerable effort invested by all parties is a very happy client who continues to put work our way, including the 2019/20 annual maintenance contract being renewed.”
