Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has completed a project working for Panalpina World Trade to provide a blast chilling facility for the Heathrow site. Panalpina Group is one of the world’s renowned providers of supply chain solutions, specializing in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Logistics and Manufacturing. The energy-efficient blast chill facility that Adcock has installed will enable the client to rapidly cool fresh produce prior to shipment.

Adcock has a wealth of knowledge in the chilling of fresh produce and has been the provider of refrigeration equipment to Panalpina in the past. Paul Read the County Head of Support Services is happy with the installation and service Adcock provided. He said: “The equipment works very well and has been used extensively during the warm summer weather.”
