Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning has been awarded a new air conditioning maintenance contract for bpha following a service visit at Warburton House, Cambridge. bpha is a housing association and a renowned provider and developer of affordable homes for rent, sheltered, residential care and shared ownership. They operate in the home counties between Oxford and Cambridge.

Warburton House in Cambridge has been created exclusively for the over 55’s and is available on a shared ownership and rental basis. The development comprises of a range of one or two bedroom apartments with onsite communal facilities, including an on-site hair salon and launderette.

Adcock has built a close working relationship with the client, working on smaller contracts for bpha, which has led to securing this larger contract. Adcock now has a maintenance contract with four bpha locations including Warburton House.
