Located just a few miles south of Birmingham City Centre in Birmingham, the Spire Parkway Hospital provides wide range of private hospital treatments and specialist medical care to patients, coming from across the Midlands region and beyond in the United Kingdom.

Thanks to a wealth of knowledge and experience within the healthcare industry, Adcock (Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd) was awarded a maintenance contract at the hospital to look after their climate control system and refrigeration equipment.

Climate control and refrigeration equipment service

The contract covers four maintenance visits per annum and 24 hours, 365 days a year emergency call out service for equipment service and maintenance. By the end of August 2020, Adcock engineers had carried out the first maintenance visit to check and service 96 air conditioning systems and 60 pieces of refrigeration equipment at the Spire Parkway Hospital.

Adcock engineers look after cooling, heating and ventilation systems in over 100 hospitals, health centers, dental /GP surgeries, hospices, mortuaries, laboratories, blood banks and research buildings in the United Kingdom.
