Adcock have completed the replacement of an air conditioning system, working with Boom Collective, for Mascalls Academy, a Leigh Academies Trust school. Leigh Academies Trust is a non-profit making charitable company based in Strood, Medway.

The trust was set up to support and assist schools build their existing strengths and to help them achieve quick educational transformation. It has significant experience in running schools and includes both sponsored academies and schools which have chosen to the Academy status.

Providing air conditioning

Leigh Academies Trust covers seventeen primary, secondary and special academies in Kent with students 12000 students between the ages of 2 and 19. The academy’s air conditioning system had recently failed and it was therefore essential that the Trust employed an AC specialist with suitable experience and knowledge.

Adcock has a long history of providing air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation services in the education sector. The original system was replaced with new Daikin VRV equipment.
