Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd. (Adcock) are currently working on an installation project for South Essex College at the new Stephenson's Road Campus, in Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, United Kingdom.

Engineering and construction facilities

Stephenson's Road Campus will introduce motor vehicle courses to Southend for the first time. Phase one of the project is due to open in September 2018 with the motor vehicle courses starting. The second phase of the development will then introduce engineering and construction facilities and workshops.

The two buildings which will form the Stephenson's Road Campus have been completely stripped of all services and require completely new mechanical services throughout. All mechanical works need to be designed and installed in a very tight duration with students already confirming places on the course. South Essex College has another campus in Southend with another two in Thurrock and Basildon. They are already an existing end client of Adcocks and have been for several years.
