In March 2003, when Blue Air started in the foodservice equipment industry, it opened with a couple lines of refrigeration equipment and a few employees in a very small office and warehouse space. Ever since these humble beginnings, Blue Air has grown steadily each year by constantly adding new products and new customers. It has now become one of the major suppliers in the industry with multiple distribution warehouses and sales offices.
