The Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) is the trade association representing manufacturers of HVACR and water heating equipment, within the global HVACR industry. AHRI’s 315 member companies manufacture quality, efficient, and innovative residential and commercial air conditioning, space heating, water heating, and commercial refrigeration equipment and components for sale in North America and around the world.

The Alliance for Responsible Atmospheric Policy (Alliance) is an industry coalition that was organized in 1980 to address the issue of stratospheric ozone depletion. It represents businesses that produced HFCs, as well as manufacturers that used HFCs in air conditioning, refrigeration, appliances, foam insulation, other foam products, electronics, aerosols, and metered dose inhalers.

AIHA is the association for scientists and professionals committed to preserving and ensuring occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) in the workplace and community. AIHA serves as a resource for those employed across the public and private sectors and the communities in which they work.

The Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) is an independent, nonpartisan, non-profit organization working to forge practical solutions to climate change. Their mission is to advance strong policy and action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote clean energy, and strengthen resilience to climate impacts.

SkillsUSA is a partnership of students, teachers, and industry working together to ensure a skilled American workforce. SkillsUSA is working to attract more students into construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repair programs.

SMACNA members perform work in industrial, commercial, institutional and residential markets. They specialize in heating, ventilating and air conditioning; architectural sheet metal; industrial sheet metal; kitchen equipment; specialty stainless steel work; manufacturing; siding and decking; testing and balancing; service; and energy management and maintenance.
