Walton & Company, a trusted pioneer in mechanical contracting and metal fabrication, announced a successful leadership transition with the appointment of Jason Hamme as the company’s new President.
Hamme, with a proven track record as a senior-level project manager, will take the helm as outgoing President Andy Volovar plans to retire in September of 2025. Volovar’s departure comes after 23 years with York-based Walton & Co., during which time he played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and reputation as an industry pioneer.

For the past year, he has worked closely with Volovar to prepare for the role, ensuring a seamless transfer of leadership that upholds Walton’s culture, values, and superior services that customers have come to know over the past 35 years.
