The eCommerce Awards are open to companies from across all UK business sectors, not just the utility industry, putting into context the scale of the achievement.
The use of the app has grown significantly, especially in 2022, representing around two-thirds of all logins. The ease of use is reflected in how it has been rated, where it scores 4.5 stars out of 5.
