Delta will be exhibiting a wide range of Electronically Communicated (EC) axial fans, blowers, and industrial automation solutions for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) applications at MCE 2022.

Interest in EC technology is increasing due to the growing requirement across the building sector for energy-efficient and sustainable green solutions. Delta’s response to this trend is demonstrated by its full range of fans that utilize its state-of-art EC technologies and high-efficiency impeller designs, including the brand-new radial blower series.

Heat recovery ventilation

The solutions are ideal for a number of applications, including heat recovery ventilation (HRV) systems, precision cooling in data centers and industrial environments. “Fans are at the heart of any HRV system, and for manufacturers who want to achieve A/A+ energy efficiency ratings, choosing the right fan is of critical importance,” said Gavin Hsu, Business Development Director of Delta’s Fan Business Group in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.

Delta’s innovative EC control technology enables users to easily control the fan and adjust it to the exact speed"

Electronic control is perfect for smart, green ventilation systems because the fans always operate at the most efficient speed. Delta’s innovative EC control technology enables users to easily control the fan and adjust it to the exact speed required for optimal performance in different situations. Combined with the new blade design of the fan, the result is a significant increase in energy efficiency and reduced noise, ultimately achieving lower electricity bills, more comfort, and better air quality.”

Green ventilation systems

At this year’s MCE, Delta will present the latest additions to its blower range. The radial blowers stand out with their state-of-the-art impeller designs thanks to the most modern airfoil design techniques used for their manufacture.

The aluminum impellers are lightweight and robust, which ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial environments while also offering efficiency levels of over 70%. Their IP54 protection class and long operational life is achieved through modern motor design, while variable speed control, intelligent Modbus communication, and rapid alerts enable seamless system control and monitoring. Delta’s blower line on display ranges from 280mm to 630mm, and motor power ratings up to 4.2kW, including accessories for industrial applications, data centers, and air handling units.

Exceeding industry requirements

Visitors to MCE that require axial fans will be able to see solutions ranging from 200mm to 910mm

Visitors to MCE that require axial fans will be able to see solutions ranging from 200mm to 910mm and motor power ratings of up to 3.1kW. The axial fan series benefits from Delta’s energy efficiency expertise, proven by meeting or exceeding industry requirements including Erp 2015, which translates into cost savings for equipment owners. Low noise technology and a full range of accessories provide additional benefits to Delta’s customers.

Delta’s pump demo unit demonstrates how the CP2000/CFP2000 series AC motor drives can be used for energy-saving HVAC systems, pump and fan applications. Available in IP55 enclosures for effective protection against dust and water, the CP2000/CFP2000 series comes equipped with special parameters and PID control functions for efficient operation in dedicated HVAC and water treatment applications.

Water treatment applications

Delta customers have an extensive range of high-quality off-the-shelf EC fans, blowers, and industrial automation solutions to choose from. Nevertheless, certain user cases require a tailored solution. Delta can accommodate various specific requests thanks to extensive experience with industrial, residential, and data center projects, as well as in-depth knowledge of fan technologies.

R&D, design support, flexibility, and a vast global network, are some of the benefits that make Delta a valuable business partner for even the most challenging projects. Delta’s full range of solutions will be shown in Hall 24, booth D02-D10, at MCE in Fiera Milano from 28 June to 1 July 2022.
