CLIMASET s.r.l. proposed the radiant modular system for the management of the temperature, humidity, and production of hot sanitary water in environments in which they live and work.

The architecture of the system allows the construction of single-zone and multi-zone systems managed by a single controller (apartments, villas, offices, etc.) or multiple controllers distributed on a field bus (condominiums, school buildings, etc.).

Strongpoints of the radiant system

  • The application adapts to all types of systems, small, medium, and large ones.
  • Each pCO5+ regulator can manage up to four mixing valves and twenty-three different zones.
  • The regulation can be distributed on the Fieldbus to minimize the costs of electrical wiring.
  • Shared thermal power plant: the management of the devices in the thermal power plant can be centralized on a single controller (boiler call, chiller call, single external probe, etc.)
  • A vast range of temperature and humidity sensors are available, including the on-board sensor on the pGDX, the th-Tune terminal, and the new KTH wall sensor for RJ45 adapters.
  • Air exchanges from time slots or with the VOC air quality probe, management of supply temperature limit with valve and/or damper closing and free cooling management.
  • Energy optimization and savings, even with the photovoltaic.

Manage the radiant system with the pCOWeb

The pCOWeb is an optional webserver card for pCO boards. They have developed web pages for managing the system from PCs and mobile devices.

With the pCOWeb for radiant systems, they can:

  • check the status of the system devices and the zones currently configured,
  • change the various parameters of the zones such as setpoints, turn the zones ON/OFF, manage the HT head, the day/night mode, etc.,
  • manage the time bands and the other user configurations,
  • turn the system ON/OFF, choose the seasonal mode,
  • view and reset system alarms.

pCOWeb address

With Plantgate they don’t need to buy a static IP address for remotely connecting to the system

All they have to do is to open the browser, enter the pCOWeb address and they are ready to manage the radiant system! If they want to control their system with an APP for smartphones and tablets, check Plantgate, the proposal for the remote management of the system.

With the Plantgate they don’t need to buy a static IP address for remotely connecting to the system, they just have to use the APP (or the web version via browser) for managing the radiant system anywhere in the world.

pGDx touch screen terminal

CLIMASET s.r.l. offers the pGDX 4.3” or the pGDX 7” for the complete user-side management of the radiant system. These new terminals, with a 65,000-color touch screen, can be wall mounted (recessed or external).

The pGDX can also be equipped with built-in temperature and humidity sensors: temperature and humidity data are sent to the pCO, so the touch screen works also as a probe sensor.
