Aircuity (www.aircuity.com), a pioneering company in airflow optimization technology, is thrilled to announce continued innovation for their ‘CO2 Only’ clients; now enabling annual calibration cycles.

Effective April 1, 2024, Aircuity transitioned to an annual calibration cycle for systems sensing and controlling using solely carbon dioxide. The change is supported by a three-year study of data from sensors returned to Aircuity for calibration using their new patent-pending calibration software.

Aircuity is the only manufacturer that sees 100% of its sensors back each year

Aircuity is the only manufacturer that sees 100% of its sensors back each year, and the data from their calibration lab shows that all sensors drift over time, with some more rapidly than others.

Combined with the Aircuity system’s patented ‘differential measurement’ design and remote monitoring analytics, the company can still provide accurate and reliable control for CO2 only projects at all times, while still fully warranting sensors between calibrations, if the sensor goes outside of expected ranges.

Large portion of Aircuity’s business in critical environments

With a large portion of Aircuity’s business over the last 20 years being in critical environments, such as labs, vivariums, and more recently, cleanrooms, the company is accustomed to complying with high standards of performance and took this same approach to ensuring the safe and effective performance of their CO2 only systems as well.

Due to the adjustment in the calibration cycle specifically for CO2-only systems, Aircuity has the ability to provide eligible customers with a discounted rate for their Aircuity Services Commitment (ASC). This is just one of many ongoing efforts to reduce their 'total delivered costs' through continuous innovation.

Health, safety, and productivity of Aircuity’s clients

Safety has never been a ‘lowest cost’ challenge,” said Aircuity’s CEO, Dan Diehl, adding “So, while we continue to optimize our total value, typically delivering 3-year or better ROIs, the health, safety, and productivity of our clients always come first!

He continues, “We aim to provide the best life cycle solution in the market and are very proud to say we have over 20-year-old systems working in the field today ‘as new’ and which have NOT become yet another deferred maintenance item for our clients.
