Pertwee Estates are converting one of the Ipswich’s most interesting and historic buildings into office accommodation. This iconic building, to be known as The Maltings, is close to Ipswich station, town center and business district. Pertwee Estates wanted flexible office space that could have the potential to be let to one or multiple companies.
Owing to limited floor to ceiling height at each level, Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning designed a Daikin VRV System using Floor Mounted Cased fan coils. This provided the flexibility to have open plan office areas as well as divided areas as required.

Mark Pertwee believed that Adcock offered him piece of mind that he would achieve a high-quality installation and the company’s local office would provide the required level of after sales support.
