Boultbee Brooks Real Estate have chosen Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning to provide an efficient climate control solution for their new project at 35 - 45 Greyfriars Road in Reading. The new building, The Brick Works, is described as a “Shoreditch-style back to frame redevelopment”. Adcock carried out installation of VRV Air Conditioning equipment as well as Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MHVR) and WC extracts to all floors.
Daikin VRV system uses variable refrigerant flow control to provide occupants with the ability to maintain individual zone control in each room and floor of a building. MVHR provides fresh filtered air into the building while retaining most of the energy that has already been used in heating the building.
