Adcock is pleased to have an ongoing service and maintenance contract for DS Smith at their Kemsley Paper Mill site in Sittingbourne.
DS Smith is a provider of corrugated packaging and is world-wide across 37 countries. Kemsley Paper Mill has an annual production capacity of around 800,000 tonnes and is the second biggest recovered fiber-based paper operation in Europe. Presently the plant produces Light Medium, the first recycled lightweight paper manufactured in the UK.
Building strong relationship
Adcock has worked at this site for a number of years now and there are over 350 systems to service and maintain. DS smith also measure the service they receive from Adcock through KPIs covering: Health & Safety, Environmental, scheduled work and response times. Adcock have met the targets set on all occasions.
Kemsley Paper Mills is a 24/7 operational site. Working knowledge and strong relationship with the client helps Adcock to provide its exemplary service at all times. Adcock Engineers have built up a strong relationship with the site team and are often praised for their workmanship, professionalism and work ethic.
