The 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 28) to the UNFCCC - 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (COP 28) will convene from 30 November to 12 December 2023. It will take place in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE). COP or the Conference of Parties is the apex decision making body of UNFCCC.
