Joule Consultants was formed in 2001 and incorporated in 2002. They are a privately owned Professional Building Services Design and Energy Management Consultancy based in Blackpool and Liverpool. They deliver HVAC inspection and commissioning services that can be used to commission HVAC systems, benchmark existing systems, and identify/ correct poorly performing systems.
